Excellent customer service. They will treat you as a friend and part of their family. appointment booking using their app is so convenient. I would also commend Dr Ramika and nurse Jumana for being so accommodating and caring. I love this clinic.

I walked in with a dislocated shoulder without appointment and because it was the only clinic having orthopedic this time as per the advice from my insurance.Been now waiting for almost 2 hours without even seeing the dr noting that when i walked in he told me there’s only 2 or 3 patients ahead of me and this will be my waiting time .And after those two hours when i asked again the nurse told me there’s another 5 to 6 patients with appointments.This’s just ridiculous and the worst experience ever ,Am in severe pain while writing this feedback right now wishing to find any help

I have visited this Clinic 2 times, first visit was for personal reason & the second visit was to accompany my friend.The staff is friendly & helping, doctors are good. The setup is good & the waiting area is also nice with all the interiors.However there is one important thing that I observed during my visits. The waiting time is enormously long nearly 2 hours or more.The clinic needs a lot of improvement on patient turnaround time.For my personal visit I waited nearly 2 hours, during my second visit my friend & myself waited nearly 2 hours again, they just had one GP post 7pm and the GP would take on an average 30 mins for each patient.If a patient has to wait for nearly 2 hours just to meet a GP it gives a bad impression on the overall service of the clinic.If you wish to visit the Clinic make sure you have ample of time at your disposal, because of the longer waiting time.Overall the clinic is good and has a good staff. Only issue is the waiting time.

Went to this clinic for my condition and I am thankful for all the staff who are accommodating and helpful especially Dr. Ramika. Ive been to a couple of hospital and clinics around Dubai but they all fail to help me with my condition. I definitely recommend this clinic.

Visited HealthHub Karama last week and there is NO reason for you not visit the Clinic. Location is very accessible and parking is not a problem. Facility is very neat and clean. Staffs are very friendly and accommodating. From the reception area, to the nurses, to the specialist and so on. I advise you to book your appointment by calling them prior your visit or thru their app.My visit with Dr. Ramika was excellent. She is very professional and she cares about her patients. She explained well my condition and informed me the test we need to do and what are those for. Im happy and pleased with their services and all.Kudos to HealthHub Karama.

I had to check up with ortho mr.somshekhar who explained to me with alot of clarity on where is there problem and he was very calm and friendly while telling me how to treat my current situation and asked me to attend a few physiotherapy sessions thats when I went to physiotherapist doc: riticka she was very much friendly welcoming and the best physio I have come across so far with this knee problem that iam facing past 7years now, she knows what she is doing and she is amazing at her work I already feel alot of good changes and its thanks to the physio.

A very nice place with a bunch of caring and compassionate staff. Eventhough they are busy doing their work, they do take the effort to listen to us not just for the sake of doing something. Great experience as a first timer Dr. Rajiv who has a great hands on experience more than 3 decades in pediatric . You treat your patients with your heart and make them feel they are your family. Your constant follow up for my child health was really very much appreciated..

The set up is good but I think they must have good doctors. I visited to a GP there yesterday she just asked me 2 - 3 questions and gave me the prescription. No physical examination was done. I understand due to corona there would be some limitation, but Im sure there would be some physical examination need to be done in order to diagnose real problem. Also there was a patients mask was down throughout the time(his nose wasnt covered)and no one from staff told him to wear mask properly. They also need to have some friendly staff. Overall my experience wasnt good.

Ramika Mittal, OB-Gyne, very informative. I jus visited today karama clinic , had a very bad experience at first time from health hub , i was injured and I had a back pain , there was only GP there. Dr Neelam Javed a lady doctor, the way she talked not as like a doctor, a doctor always should be polite to their patients, but she was not polite, the way she was asking things in a rude way. I never seen a doctor like this, i informed the same in the reception as well.As a premium brand we never expect this kind of a behavior from your staff, for me its the first time.

Karama Branch Customer Care is not responsive at all, i have bad experience, i called for a request and i was promised to receive a call back but nothing happened.

Very very bad service I visited first time with my son his age is 3 years . My son is not feeling well I request to all staff but they refuse to give appointment to the child doctor . I went to clinic at 8:28pm they said doctor is leaving at 9pm .Specially nurse babita came and said me that doctor is leaving he have 2 patient on waiting . The patient was finished in front of me I wait till 9:10pm she lie me and saying me to come next day. Really very very bad service.

Very efficient front desk and nursing staff...

They are doing PCR tests in an open area. Me and my kids feel so unsafe going at their area. No proper PPE and spreading the virus. This is a residential area. We want to be covid free. Can police or government take action on this asap.

It’s really nice clinic been here few times all their team are the best ,they not only wait for getting approval of insurance but they keep update us while waiting and safety is top notch they were PPE to keep every one safe and it’s the covid test center in Al Karama .I prefer Dr.Mehnaz fatima (GP) and Dr.Rajiv kovumal child specialist are the best they tell us the issues in details all there nurses are most welcoming.They response phone calls without wait .Easy to find the location not far from main joint of Burjman center got enough parking .
